Images circulating on social media suggest that the long feud between dancehall kings, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy has been buried.
A photo of the two standing side-by-side the Chief Executive Officer of entertainment conglomerate, Zylofon Media, Nana Appiah Mensah has gone viral.
Reports say the two were part of a powerful delegation from Zylofon Media which joined the Asantehene and his people to
celebrate the Akwasidae, a festival observed by the Asanteman.
The photos which were posted on Instagram handle, stonebwoynews came with the caption, “Unity is major key”.
Fans of the two dancehall heavyweights have gone on frenzy with most of them approving the re-union in their comments.
An instangrammer by name, alexavgh, commented on the photo, saying “there is always smile in face of a free hearts.”
A Bhimnation fan also commented: “Yes unity”.
Meanwhile, the Ghana Federation of Disability Organization (GFD) has threatened to sue acclaimed dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale, for reportedly insulting Stonebwoy on his Facebook page as a disabled person.
In an interview with Mike 2 on Adom entertainment hall last Saturday, the GFD president, Ofori Debrah, gave the hint that if no apology is rendered by Shatta Wale over the said pronouncements, they would take legal action against him.
“We see it as an insult on all of us and as such, we are going to use article 191 of the disable Act to file a case against him”, he threatened.
According to him, they would first write a caution letter to Shatta to come out and render an unqualified apology to them and Stonebwoy to avoid any legal suits.
He said their delay to take action against Shatta was that they were waiting for Stonebwoy to first take action before they follow.
When Stonebwoy was contacted on the issue, he said he was not going to comment on it.
Meanwhile, all attempts to contact Shatta Wale failed as his phone was off.
